If your mind is already made up, or if you'd like to know more about the Bill, here's where Foresters like you discuss the implications.  

You could just read the arguments and make your decision, or you might prefer to get involved. Perhaps you've seen a fact you know is wrong, or maybe somebody is just seeing things differently from you. Whatever the case, joining in will make the discussion more interesting, useful and ultimately increase the chances of the Forest of Dean making a good decision.
